RightNow gains Excellence award

RightNow, the on demand software provider that provides customer query software to some of the biggest names on the web has been awarded IC9700 certified status by the International Charter.

 

RightNow underwent the rigourous audit in order to gain the certification, and was found to exceed requirements.
